Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box, including all power cables, modifiers, and documentation to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for transit to our technical inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
